About this role:

The Lead Salesperson manages our full sales cycle from lead qualification to project completion. Success in this role requires balancing new business development with handling an inherited client book, while consistently meeting sales targets to drive revenue and contribute to the company’s growth. 

  • Lead Management & Sales – Qualify leads, conduct client consultations, prepare estimates and proposals using Aspire software, close sales to meet revenue targets. 
  • Oversee Projects – Manage 3–5 projects at a time, coordinating with production teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to company standards. 
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships & Trust through proactive communication
  • Learn, Collaborate & Mentor, contributing meaningfully to team culture and excellence. 
  • Represent Lifestyle Landscaping in the Community through formal networking opportunities to generate new business opportunities. 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • A collaborative, coachable mindset with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, ideally in landscaping, horticulture, or high-end residential services
  • Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and close complex sales.
  • Comfort managing several projects simultaneously
  • Strong general computer skills and experience using CRM/project management tools (Aspire a plus)

Compensation

$45,000 base salary – 5% commission after $300,000 in sales (uncapped).
